Meet Cairo Power Bank
The 4-Cell Open-Source Power Bank is a fully 3D-printed power bank designed and built entirely from scratch. It’s compact, practical, and powered by four lithium cells — a perfect example of how digital fabrication and hands-on making can bring an everyday idea to life. Every part, from the body to the internal structure, was thoughtfully designed for function, durability, and ease of assembly.
Open Hardware for Everyone. In the spirit of open-source making, all design files, electronics schematics, and assembly guides are freely available for anyone to download, modify, and recreate. Whether you’re a maker, educator, or curious beginner, this project invites you to explore, build, and learn by making something truly useful — your own custom power bank.

Below you can download the STL files, you can use those files to 3d print the Cairo Power Bank enclosure parts. Settings I use to print them: 15% infill, 0.2 mm layer height (with 0.4 mm nozzle). Choose your preferred colors and be unique 😉
If you are going to order or manufacture that on your own just simply send those files to any makerspace or a fab lab with a 3d printer machine. All STL files are in mm.
